Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, coating (ethylcellulose, sodium alginate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, medium-chain triglycerides, stearic acid, oleic acid, and microcrystalline cellulose), sodium starch glycolate, and magnesium stearate.
FORMULATE TO EXCLUDE: Wheat, gluten, corn, yeast, soy, dairy products, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, sesame, ingredients derived from genetically modified organisms (GMOs), artificial colors, and artificial sweeteners.
I've been taking 1 cap before lunch and supper for several weeks now, and since then symptoms such as lethargy and brain fog seem to have been significantly reduced. Also my general 'allergies symptoms' and overall health has been trending since starting HistAway, however several other anti-histamine supps/meds were also started around the same time. Definitely worth a try.
